1. Use of the platform

Captixy is a software platform made available to support consultants and agents in managing inbound conversations, running limited user-configured automations and organising lead qualification workflows. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to use it only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. User responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for the content, automations, messages, workflows and business rules you configure in Captixy.
  • You must ensure that your use of the platform complies with applicable law, privacy obligations and the terms and policies of any connected channels or third-party services.
  • You remain responsible for reviewing qualified leads, deciding any follow-up action and validating business-critical information before relying on platform output.

3. External integrations

Captixy may integrate with external services such as Meta platforms, including Facebook, Messenger and Instagram, where such integrations are authorized by the user.

Your use of those integrations is separately subject to the terms, policies, permissions and technical limitations of the relevant external provider. Captixy is not responsible for outages, access restrictions, permission changes, API limits or policy decisions imposed by Meta or other third-party services.

4. Paid plans and billing

Captixy offers subscriptions on a monthly or other recurring basis according to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

Billing and payment processing may be handled by a third-party processor such as Stripe. The user's use of those payment services is also subject to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, recurring subscriptions renew automatically for the applicable billing period until cancelled. The user is responsible for providing accurate billing information and for keeping payment details up to date.

5. Availability and limitations

Captixy may update, improve, suspend or limit parts of the product from time to time. The platform is provided on an as-available basis and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Access may be temporarily restricted for maintenance, security, legal or technical reasons.

6. Suspension or termination

Captixy may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, address misuse, respond to security concerns or enforce payment-related obligations linked to paid plans. The user may stop using the platform at any time, subject to any applicable subscription terms in force at that time.
